When did you last BACKUP your data?

Do you have the time to re-enter all of your data when you have a computer crash or accidental deletion of key files or a serious virus attack from an infected email or program?

You cannot afford to be without up-to-date anti-virus software on your computer which should be updated at least weekly if you are a regular email or internet user. There are numerous viruses travelling within email attachments or within some emails and a good, up-to-date anti-virus program should detect these viruses as the email is being downloaded. Do not trust email attachments from friends as often they do not know they have a virus on their computer which may automatically mail itself to any email address it finds on that computer.
