This exciting program of subjects of interest to the genealogist has been arranged. Come along to the meetings and listen to those many and varied guest speakers, ask questions and find some answers to those hard to solve problems.

MEETING ITINERARY FOR 2008

September 23, 2008
Jenny Carter, who compiles the Q&A Column in "Ancestor", the GSV magazine, will speak on "Ships Captains, Crews and Passengers into Victoria".

October 28, 2008
Gary Powell, a member of BDGS who will speak about writing and publishing the book "Double Gold" which is centered around the 1870s farming diaries of Henry Prichard Parry who settled at Mt Franklin in Victoria and farmed with his cousin William Roberts.

November 25th, 2008
Show and Tell and Quiz Night, with special End of Year festivities and splendiferous supper!

There will be no meeting in December or January.
