Australian Periodical Publications 1840 - 1845 - a digital library of Australian journals that began publication between 1840-1845. The site has been developed as part of the Australian Cooperative Digitisation Project and one of the Project's key aims was to ensure access to and preservation of the selected titles through a process of preservation microfilming and digitisation. Australian War Graves in South Africa - This project, by the Heraldry & Genealogy Society of Canberra, aims to publish the database of burial and memorial locations of Australians who died during the second South African Anglo-Boer War of 1899 - 1902. Also included are biographies, researched by the Society, of selected soldiers from each of the Australian States.
C18th & C19th UK Journals - Link to an interesting UK website which contains scanned copies of C18th & C19th Journals. "ILEJ, the "Internet Library of Early Journals" is a joint project by the Universities of Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester and Oxford, conducted under the auspices of the eLib (Electronic Libraries) Programme. It aims to digitise substantial runs of 18th and 19th century journals, and make these images available on the Internet, together with their associated bibliographic data.
