John McCLINTOCK 1843-1923 & Sarah Ann DIWELL 1851-1882
John McCLINTOCK b. 1843, Donegal, Ireland son of David McCLINTOCK and Sarah CRAWFORD was married in 1878 to Sarah Ann DIWELL who had been born in 1850 in Surrey, England, daughter of William DIWELL & Margaret Ann TURNER. The two children they had before Sarah died were:
- Margaret Ann McCLINTOCK b. 1879, Digby, Vic;
- David McCLINTOCK b. 1880, Digby, Vic;

After the death of his first wife John married her sister Margaret DIWELL who had been born in Portland in 1857 and they had the following children:
