William KEY b. ca 1810 a Blacksmith from Lincolnshire, Eng d. 1897 Hotspur, Vic and was buried in the Hotspur Cemetery (tall granite pillar - photograph). William was married in 1835 at Tetney, Lincolnshire, England to Elizabeth HAITH b. ca 1816 Eng. She died in 1892 and is also buried in the Hotspur Cemetery. William KEY & family emigrated to Australia on the "Ann Milne" Oct 1852 - Jan 1853 and had two known children:

  2. John KEY b. 1839, Tetney, Lincolnshire, England, d. 1907, Digby, Vic;

  3. Emma KEY b. ca 1842, Tetney, Lincolnshire, England, m. Thomas BRINDLEY.
