Joseph KEATS, b. 1835, Somerset, England son of Benjamin KEATS and Johanna HUTCHINSON was married in 1857 in Belfast (now Port Fairy), Victoria to Emma BOWYER, b. 1840 Plymouth, England, daughter of Benjamin BOWYER and Mary Ann COOPER.

This couple had two children at "Muntham Station" or in the Casterton area in 1860 and 1862 before returning to the Port Fairy area.
