I have received a copy of an E-mail you sent to Michael Calder regarding copyright on the diaries of Theophilus Taylor.
There is no copyright and you are free to use them on the Ballarat Genealogy Webpages. However, if anyone wishes to use them elsewhere I would like to be informed. Also if anyone is able to add any further information I would be delighted to hear from them.
Theophilus Taylor was my great great grandfather.
