Her first husband was John Cutler HENSON who died in Ballarat in 1882. Their children – Louisa Ann 1858-1858, Elizabeth Ann 1857-1857 and William John 1860-1860. In 1884 she married Joseph MAIDMENT. Annie was buried Ballarat Old Cemetery on 11.06.1904 with John. Headstone – Henson/ John Cuttler 15.8.1882 55 yrs, husband of Annie/Asleep in Jesus/ wife Annie Maidment 9.6.1904 81 yrs/In peace. Joseph was buried with his first wife Catherine in Ballarat New Cemetery on 28.02.1905. Headstone at the New Cemetery reads – Maidment/Joseph Maidment/d 27 Feb. 1905, aged 79 years/also Catherine and Ann Maidment.
