DAVIS, H 32 Neil Street, Ballarat Fedora DAVIS (nee WOODGER) married John Henry Arthur DAVIS in 1865 and in 1873 had a son George Woodger DAVIS who died 1877 aged 4 years. Fedora died in Sunbury 1927 aged 85 years.

DEANS, Susan 16a Fawkner Street, Ballarat Susan DEANS (nee HARTLY) was born to William and Sarah (COOKE). In 1856 she married Alexander DEANS. Their children – William Robert 1859-1927, Charlotte Emily Isabella 1866, Samuel Ernest 1872-1948. The following are under DEAN – Alex 1857-1899, Charles 1862-1867, Arthur Charles Philip 1878. Susan died aged 54 years and was buried Ballarat Old Cemetery 10.01.1895. Alexander died aged 66 years and was buried with Susan on 16.07.1895. DICKINSON, Anne Wall Street, Sebastopol Anne DICKINSON (nee TICKELL / TICKLE) was born abt. 1860 to James TICKELL (TICKLE) and Ellen HOOPER. In 1880 she married Thomas DICKINSON (his first wife was Annie’s sister Mary Elizabeth). They had three sons – Thomas 1881-1965, James Edward 1883-1954 and Robert 1885-1968. Annie died at Ballarat aged 70 years and was buried on 01.11.1930 in Ballarat Old Cemetery. Headstone – Dickinson/Thomas 20.7.1906 72yrs/wife Mary Elizabeth 12.3.1878 20 yrs/wife Annie 30.10.1930 71 yrs/At rest. (updated 27 July 2011)

Her spouse was Charles Herbert Disney who married Sarah DARLEY at Hobart Town 3.5.1844. Their children - female 1845, Frederick 1847-1924, William Henry 1849, Mary Anne 1851, George Alfred 1853, Charles Edward 1856-1867, Walter Emanuel 1859-1909, Francis Jonathon 1862-1884, James Arthur 1865 and James Herbert abt.1872-1943. Sarah died Gregory Street, Ballarat on 27.02.1893 aged 66 years. Charles Henry (Tailor) Armstrong Street Ballarat died 08.04.1901 aged 84 years. Sarah and Charles are buried in Ballarat Old Cemetery. Her parent’s names are unknown, but she may have been born in Tasmania to Charles DISNEY & Sarah DARLEY (see above). In 1865 she married Richard DUNSTAN. By 1897 Ann was living at 143 Armstrong Street Ballarat. Richard was buried in Ballarat Old Cemetery 30.10.1891. DUNSTAN, H A Cameron Street, Ballarat Hennrietta DUNSTAN (nee MITCHELL) was born to Henry and Harriett Ann (ANDREW) at Scarsdale in 1865. She married William John DUNSTAN IN 1886. Their children were Henry 1887-1962, Vida (Spargo), Stanley 1890-1945, 1892-1970, William 1895-1957, Eunice (Russ) 1898-?, Walter John 1904-1927, Grace 1910-1909. The children attended Golden Point School. On 2 June 1915 William (1895-1957) enlisted in the Australian Imperial Force. He was awarded the Victoria Cross for conspicuous bravery at Lone Pine in August 1915. He was presented with the Victoria Cross on 10 June 1916 at Parliament House Melbourne. Henrietta died at 7 Cameron Street in 1939 aged 56 years and was buried Ballarat New Cemetery 13.08.1921. William John died 1939 aged 76 years and was buried with Henrietta 08.11.1939. Headstone – Dunstan/Henrietta Dunstan/d 12 Aug. 1921 aged 56 years/William John Dunstan/d 8 Nov, 1939, aged 77 years/and their children/Grace/d 22 Dec. 1909 aged 8 years/ Walter John/d 6 Jan. 1929, aged 21 years.
